Keeping our menu local and fresh

As a local small business, we believe it's important to support other small businesses that make our Oneida area unique. That's why we secure a lot of our ingredients and baked goods locally.

We use regular and bourbon maple syrup from Hidden Hollows in several of our baked goods and get fresh pastries directly from ACE of Cakes. Additionally, each day we have a driver go up to Holland Farms to snag baked goods like their classic half-moons.
